ELEM: TARGET: Titles/authors for 50 states

Hello LM_Netters:
I am thinking about implementing one of the suggestions
for "Read Across America" in March, which is to read
books which take place in all 50 states, or, read
authors from all 50 states. I am brand new in this
school (three weeks!) and still learning my collection.
Does anyone have a list of authors or titles that would
fit this program? That would help me decide if I can
offer this program this year with my current collection
or not.  Thanks for your suggestions.
