I'm working with Bette Greene on a webpage. We have done a lot of work, but would like some input from kids and teachers who have read or are reading Summer of My German Soldier or Philip Hall. What do they like about the site? What would you like added? How does the historical information help in your understanding of the books? What are your favorite pages? Which ones are most helpful to teachers of writing? Teachers of reading? If you are interested, please reply so I can give you the website address. We would like to put finishing touches on the site so we can "advertise" it after the first of the year. Thank you very much!
