TECH: Fortres

We have just installed Fortres on our new computers.  The computer teachers
and I are having trouble.  Can any of you help us?  We want the students to
be able to cut and paste pictures and text from the Internet.  Right now,
Fortres isn't letting us. We don't, however, want the students to be able to
download games, etc. from the Internet. Is there a way to add bookmarks while
Fortres is on? There are also certain programs that will not work when
Fortres is on - World Book, Print Shop...  If anyone can help me with these
questions, I would appreciate it tremendously.
