LM_NET: Library Media Networking

If I remember LC properly, books by an author and about an author are
cuttered together.

I say, go ahead and change.  YOu might consider a three line call number=20
where the first line is the dewey number, the second line for the
"author" (i.e., Hemingway) and a third line to be used for the
author of the critical works.
