GEN:Scholastic Lowers profit margin

We have just finished a very successful book fair with Scholastic and had
planned to have another next year. However, today we received a new profit
plan from Scholastic which suggests that we would earn 25% of anything over
2500 dollars in the next fair. This is 5% less that this year. As you all
know , book fairs are a great deal of work for parents and staff. I am
wondering if this new profit plan is across the nation or just in VA? I am
also wondering how you feel about this decrease?
