GEN: Evaluation for Staff Development

Good Evening, LM NETTERS.

I have to do a project for a class in my MLS program.  It's a staff
development project that could actually be presented to teachers.  My
project is done.  However, I am having great difficulty designing the
evaluation instrument that an audience might use to evaluate my
presentation.  I have searched the Internet, I've looked through my files at
school for past workshops I've attended, and I've asked my colleagues.  I
haven't been able to put my finger on just the right idea...

If anyone out there has provided staff development sessions or presentations
at conferences and has some ideas for general evaluation questions, I would
sincerely appreciate your suggestions.  I am looking for something general.
I can adapt it to fit the topic I'm presenting.  I think after 31 Power
Point slides I'm just brain dead...
