GEN: Changing Email address ?

Hi,
I will soon have to change my email address since, Tenet.edu is about to
end (sooo sad). Do I have to un subscribe to ALL my email lists and then
subscribe again? Is there an easier way to do this? Any information on how
to best do this will be appreciated.
