Dear LM_NETters, My principal came in yesterday very concerned about the purchase of the reference work Encyclopedia of Witches and Witchcraft from Fact On File, Inc. He does not want to encourage kids in the gothic trend and felt that any book that was on the subject of witchcraft did just that. My response was that any information that kids got about witchcraft ought to be objective and accurate. He was not impressed with my response. Have any of you purchase this or similarly titled books just because kids are interested? Could you let me know if any concerns have been raised by administrators or parents?
