I purchased 6 iMac's for search stations on the Follett system. All is well, I set up security for multiple users to restrict student access and all goes well. I open up the OPAC icon and leave it open for use during the day. If the OPAC is not used for a brief period of time, it logs off the server and Follett application. So I must close the application and reboot to reestablish the connection with the server. Somewhere it is timing out. This has never happened on pc's or power macs using OS sytems other than 9. Since this system is new to me I thought maybe one of you might know where I can stop the timing out mechanism and just leave the computers loggrd into the server all day.
