LM_NET: Library Media Networking

Greetings,
        I didn't get much feedback from the list regarding this type of
literacy program.  I did a search using Google and turned up a number of
websites.  Almost all of them were from Asia and a few from South
Africa.  Rotary seems to be really promoting the project.  It would be
nice to see some experimentation in this country.
