Folks,

Here is an interesting situation out of New Hampshire that could have
significant impacts on us and our students?

...a novel lawsuit that could determine whether a computer file that tracks
Internet use in a New Hampshire public school is a public document, similar
in spirit to school budgets and the minutes of school board meetings.
