The Federal Courts now all have their own webpages. It is very
easy to find the facts for yourself. I went to the Legal Information
Institute at Cornell <http://www.law.cornell.edu/index.html>, Then
followed the trail to the US District Court in Wyoming. I clicked on
New Stuff, and there was the whole *official* story.
