TECH: Reading Counts v. 1.3

Has anyone else attempted to upgrade an IBM networked system of Reading
Counts 1.1 to v. 1.3? We have a Novell v. 3.2 (I think) system.

We have been through &%***5$##@#.

We've talked to six different people at RC who have given us six different
"solutions".  The latest is that we need a Novell patch for long
filenames---version 1.1 took long filenames, why doesn't v. 1.3.

We are so frustrated.  35 teachers are anxious to use the program again, 300
students are waiting to access the database, and 3323 quizzes are lost in
limbo on the server because the tech coordinator have the vision to save the
database.

HELP!!!!!
