Greetings! Yet another lurker coming out of the shadows with a question. It has become my responsibility to maintain the care of newspaper articles about our high school. Up until now I have kept them in the Vertical File, but the number of articles is making that difficult. Accreditation of our school requires that we have an archive of these items so I cannot easily weed these items. I am looking for solutions of other ways to make these items accessible, neat, and well preserved with as little effort and cost as possible. Any ideas? Thanks for your assistance.
