I need recommendations on a flat-bed scanner which will run on a Windows NT
network.  Although I followed the recommendations of  the CNET site, the
Epson "Perfection" 610 scanner I just got will not run on Windows NT nor, it
seems, easily on our Mac network.  Additionally, our lab tech says that it
seems that the software has to be run through Epson's proxy server.  I'm
going to return or exchange the machine.  Recommendations for its
replacement  will be greatly appreciated!  Scanner will be used primarily
for the school web site so high resolution is not needed.
