You guys are the most wonderful resource. I'm a new high school media specialist, and our faculty thinks I'm "so creative and energetic" - and you deserve so much of the credit! My latest brainstorm is a reading incentive program for our students. I searched the archives and printed several posts that look full of good ideas, but I was wondering if anyone has tried and true suggestions that work with high school students. I want the choice of books to be up to the students (no specified reading lists), and I'm thinking of going into the communities in our district for prizes - free food, gas, discounts, etc. Any thoughts? I'll post a hit if there is interest. Thanks, Anita ===== Anita L.
