Bar-coding during the school year??????

     Has anyone bar-coded during the school year?  I did mine during the
summer.   It was done as inventory was usually done with the shelf list
cards.  However, our middle school is now in the process, but the records and
labels did not come back until recently.  She does not have the luxury of
labeling during vacation as I did.  The program has been loaded and the
records have been imported.   Any suggestions as far as how she should
approach this?
