Hello,
Well here is a reference question if I have ever had one!
An old friend of mine found a packet of 16 stamps in the rafters of her =
home. The information I have about the stamps is as follows: Dupont
Migratory Wildlife Regulation 1938
Know Your Ducks
Peter Packs The Power
U. S Department of Agriculture 7-18-38
I have called the Department of Ag. and of course they have not returned =
my calls!
So I am asking for help again! What can you guys find out about these =
stamps for me? I am eagerly awaiting your reply!!!!!
