ELEM: reading motiv. goal

Our fourth grade is going to have a reading motivational program and they
want to set a goal of ___ pages.  The teachers' question to me (and
therefore mine to you) is how many pages would be reasonable for 125
students to read in 5 months?  They want a total goal for everyone.
Any suggestions from those of you who may have done this type of thing
before?
TIA  Incidentally, the "reward" will be a lock-in.
