Target: Funny picture book about testing

Dear LM_Netters:

Thank you so much for your time and efforts to help us library-folk do a
better job for our kids!  I've really appreciated the information you've
provided.

I was trying to recall the picture book that someone mentioned recently, in
the last two months since school started again, about a new picture book
that came out re: testing?  Does anyone have any information about this
book?
