GEN: Thanks for suggestions, discipline check-out

Dear Friends,

So many of you have responded with such wonderful
suggestions I have not been able to respond to all.  In
fact, I'm so overwhelmed right now I haven't responded
personally to many at all.  Please don't be offended.  I have
probably gotten more than a hundred responses, all
lengthy and meaty and absolutely WONDERFUL.  I
am printing off the ones that especially catch my eye
and THANK YOU ALL so very, very much.  I am going
to ponder this situation this weekend and make some
adjustments after Tuesday.  I MUST get control.  I
continue to welcome your responses, but please
consider this posting my official "thank you," and know that
you are all lifesavers to me.  I don't know what I'd do without
LM_NET friends.
