I need to purchase something to keep my books and bookends from slipping on the shelves. I've been looking in Highsmith at the materials you can put on the bottom..... choices are thermoplastic or cork (p. 95). If you have used either of these products, please let me know your expericences with them..... good or bad. Also, on the same page, they have shelf tape to keep books from slipping. Would you use this in addition to the material added to the bottom of the book ends? If anyone has used the shelf tape, does the economy tape work well enough? There's a big difference in the price of that ($29.35) as opposed to the price of the 3M tape ($51.00). Any advice would be appreciated. I have used the End clipon book ends ...... I like them for my fiction section but they don't do well with the easy fiction books. Please respond to my home address (below)..... if there's any interest, I'll post a hit. Thanks!
