GEN: Owney Railroad Postal Dog Traveling Project

I am looking for one representative from each of the states to have
Owney the Railroad Postal Dog visit their school for 3-4 days.  Each
participating school will mail a post card to the other participating
schools after Owney's visit.  Other costs will be for the mailing to the
next school.

Participants will e-mail all participants when Owney arrives at their
school and again when he is mailed to the next school.  More information
will be sent to participating schools.
