Karen,

I signed a contract with Zapme! Computers about 3 months ago.  I have yet to
received any computers.  Every time I call them, I get a different reason as
to why the computers haven't been shipped. (They're being upgraded...the
company that installs for them went bankrupt...there's a problem with the
satellite...) They also refuse to give me an install date (they won't even
commit to installation before Christmas!) If I ever get the computers, I'm
not confident in how well they will maintain them and their service.  I'd be
interested to know if anyone else is dealing with this frustrating problem.
