Results: Sedentary Librarian Survey

I have tallied the results.  Statistically speaking, I have not used
"pure" math.
Example: I had to add each person's average, and then get an average of
that number to get my results.  The correct math formula would be to add
everyone's total, divide by days etc.  However, not everyone collected
data for the same amount of days so I just averaged the averages...
I had a total of 30 responses.
Our average distance walked per day was 2.8 miles.
I had 9 high school librarians respond, the HS average was 2.4 miles per
day.
Four middle school librarians sent a response, with an average of 1.7
miles per day.
Thirteen elem. librarians sent data, their average was 3.0 miles per
day.
Four librarians who serve "multi-level" schools (K-12 or 1-10 etc.) sent
information.
Their average was 4.05 miles per day.
       So, a big THANK YOU to those who participated.  What can we learn
from this?
Scientifically, very little..but it was interesting to see the results,
especially from the multi-level schools.  I thought it was a fun
project.
