First of all, I would like to thank Mary Ludwick for taking this project on. I think it is very useful information to have. It would be very useful to know if people in other fields of endeavor (assembly line workers, secretaries, dot com executives, lawyers, medical technicians, etc.) have the same, less, or more activity. Has anyone else done an analysis of how much they walk in their jobs? And lastly, is an average of 2.8 miles sedentary?
