TARGET: Response to Library vs Barnes & Noble

Forgive me this indulgence, but does anyone have the definitive response
to the person who says  "The library should be more like Barnes and
Noble"?    So far, the best I can come up with is to ask for help in
deciding where to locate the cash register.

(If I hear this one more time....)
