I-Search

Hi!
I am looking for the pros and cons of the I-Search research model presented
in the Joyce and Tallman book. I did an archive search on LM_NET and did
find some info, but I'm really interested in whether you have been using
the model - -is it effective, do you like it, what are the negatives?
