Gen: Scheduing - collaboration time

My school district is looking at scheduling options for next year which
would allow more time for collaboration between staff members.  We are
interested in ideas for the elementary, middle, and secondary levels.  I
would be very grateful if you could share information about what works and
what doesn't work at your schools.
