I am a grad student at Queens College and am doing a research paper on SSR. Most of my research puts Sustained Silent Reading in a highly positive light. One negative was the modality of the learner, in particular tactile and kinesthetic learners. Another negative, basically the death knell for this program, was an uncooperative administration. Can anyone inform me of any other negatives. So far, these seem to be the only two for this program. Thank you for your help.
