TARGET: theme for "moving back"

Our middle school family is moving back home after a year of renovation
into a wonderful old brick structure that has been made brand new
inside!

Any ideas from you wonderfully creative people about a theme for moving
back to our home school that would appeal to middle schoolers as well as
the patrons of our community???
