LM_NET: Library Media Networking

If it were me, I would put them in Reference, under their own numbers.  I
feel that this would 1.) put them with other materials of a similar nature,
since each volume is themed and this is not a large set, like an
encyclopdia), and 2.) it makes the material available to a larger number of
students than if you put it in the regular circulating collection.
