After a year of cleaning up the catalog and preparing to put our catalog online, it happened this week. I couldn't get through last night from home, but when I talked to Follett this morning we discovered it was because of our firewall. That didn't cause a problem; the tech admin knew I was doing this and he made a "hole" in the firewall for the catalog. NOW I can't get through from home because when I type the address in using Explorer (the address ends in /s.exe) RealDownload opens but cannot open the file. I really don't want to download my whole catalog, just view it. Can I de-activate (without uninstalling) Real Download, or bypass it, or just tell it to get out of my way so I can open this file?
