We have several elementary schools in Kentucky that would like to try flexible scheduling, but the problem is always the same: library time is planning time for the classroom teacher. I remember seeing one possible solution called the "4-day rotation"--that is the other special classes rotated every four days instead of five. Is anyone out there using this? May I have your contact information to talk to you in more detail? If anyone else has creative solutions to this problem, I'd love to hear from you.
