Not really.... Your message here, sitting in someone's inbox, can provide an email address for delivery of a 'package'. For example, I just got a copy of the Magistr worm from someone on lm_net. (i've written to the person already). It took a message from the Sent messages, addressed it to me here, and replaced the attachment with a copy of itself.
