Netters: There is a follow-up article in today's LA Times, David Streitfeld, "Suspect in E-Book Case Free on Bail". If you are following this thread, I think it is interesting that people are demonstrating claiming that their first amendments rights are being violated. I think the real issue is this: If they bust this guy for inventing a system that allows e-books to be pirated, then is it okay for them to go after xerox for inventing a machine that does the same thing?
