TARGET/OFF TOPIC: Duty-free lunch

Hello!

I am hoping you will be able to help me - I knew this would be the place to
go! I always get so many good ideas from all of you!

Our teachers have voted for duty-free lunch, which is new in the history of
this fairly new school. As the union faculty representative, I am working
with others on ways to implement duty-free lunch.  I would like to know from
you how you work duty-free lunch in your school?  Is it only assistants that
cover the lunch room, or do parent volunteers as well? How do you handle it
if assistants are absent? etc.

Any and all information would be appreciated.
