HIT: on-line database query

Dear fellow-netters,

Thank you for your response to my questions about Grolier on-line. I heard from 
people coast to coast, and everything was positive. One person mentioned that their 
rep did an in-service, so I asked about that, and we're planning one in the fall.

Some people advised that everything they buy now has to be accessed by remote 
(which means from home). I agree, what a great way to show parents where some of 
their money is going. Good PR!
