TARGET: Full Spectrum Lighting

Greetings. I'm working at creating a better learning environment in the
library, and an architect recommended full spectrum lighting.  Has anyone had
any experience with making that change?  The bulbs fit right into the 4 foot
flourescent sockets.  I guess I'm looking for success stories.
