I am starting out the year working with the theme of
the Children's Book Week-
Get Carried Away... Read

I am adapting this to:
Read ... and get carried away to.....
So, I will be challenging students to read books each
month from different countries:
Africa, Asia, N.America, S.America, Central America,
Australia, Europe, Asia, etc.
I desperately need suggestions for Fiction especially
and Everybody books that can be connected with each
country. I have many ideas for reference/trivia
games, etc.
Can you think of any Fiction books that could work for
this?
Would love your help.
My example:
The Iron Ring- Lloyd Alexander- India

Hope I get many ideas so I can provide a post!
Will appreciate the help.
