Some time ago I asked for assistance in developing a program for our Student
Librarians and, with a lot of help from a lot of people, I have now pulled
this together and it is ready to be trialled next year.

I ended up, after a lot of thought, calling the program S.T.A.R.S. (Student
Teaching and Research Services) with the levels called Protostar, Star and
Superstar.
