Librarians in Egypt

Hello,

I'm trying to get in contact with school library media specialists that work
in Egypt.  I work as the librarian at Futures American School in Nasr City.

I would like to be able to network with various people to discuss issues
about working in Egypt.   I am trying to find out about ordering magazines
for my library but am unsure about the mail system, etc.  I don't want to
waste the money if they will be lost or stolen in the mail.  Does anybody
out there work at a private school and dealt with this issue?
