TARGET->Books on self-help, motivation for adults

This is a second posting from work at someone's
request.

Dear LM_Netters,

I searched the archives under the topic "motivation",
but was unable to find the one thing for which I am
searching. I do not want to just search an online
bookstore, but would greatly appreciate suggestions
from this group.

I need a fantastic book to give an old friend for
Christmas that addresses self-help, motivation  or
techniques that improve the quality of your life-
something along the lines of Og Mandino's _The World's
Greatest Miracle_ or Zig Ziglar's _See You at the
Top_, which he shared with me many years ago.

If people will respond to me, I'll compile your
responses and post a HIT. TIA
