SEC: Book Challenge on RL Stine

On of the middle schools in our district is in the midst of a parent complaint on
the book _The Boy Next Door_ by RL Stine.  She is afraid that this book will
convince teenage boys to murder the girls next door.  Anyhow, this has prompted us 
to
take a look at our "Objection to Content" form.  It isn't all that it should be.
If you have a nice form that you have been using, could you email or fax it to me?
This would be so helpful to us.
