1.  ONce you exit a text box in Paint, is there a way to get back in =
there and edit it?

2.  Is there a way to make a folder in Windows 95/98 and restrict =
access?  Sorta like you used to be able to lock folders on Macs.  (I =
want to limit access to Internet Explorer, but I want it convenient for =
me)
