Our yearbook sponsor is asking me something I'm not sure about. The students want to use the word "Lifesavers" and put a picture of the candy on the pages that show the activities of our SADD group. I know they are getting into trademark issues, but is this particular idea illegal? I don't believe fair use laws apply since the yearbook is sold. We are trying to contact the company for permission, but have had no luck so far.
