SEC: Cataloging 921

What has happened to the Dewey number 921?  I went to Follett titlewave to
look for biographies and did not get any response.  Then I typed in a title
I already had, Behind the mask: the life of Queen Elizabeth I, which is
cataloged under 921 by Follett when I bought it last year.  The record for
this book from Follett now says that the book is cataloged as 942.05.  What
is going on?  Did I miss some update to the DDC?  Thank you.
