How to convert to Charter from @home

It has been a lot of fun trying to convert to Charter from @home.  There is
a glitch in the Charter software that will not allow the ethernet adapter to
accept the new configuration.  If anyone would like manual instructions for
conversion on a Windows 98 computer, please email me at

you.
