The other day in our media center, I read the book "Owl Moon".  Many of the
people in our area spend the fall months hunting so the discussion eventually
turned to  birds of prey and that it was illegal to shoot them.  A fourth
grade student said well, sometimes it's legal.  I asked what he meant and he
said My Grandpa says it is legal if you follow the 3 S rule.  When I asked
what that was he said, "Shoot,Shovel and Shut Up".   If his grandpa only
knew.....
