Hi, Today a second grader came up to check out with three Christmas books (after of course I had told them they were limited to one at a time) and lo and behold two of them were the same title. I pointed this out to her and she said she knew it so I asked her why she wanted two copies of the same book. She said "Because I love it so much." I really had to struggle to keep a straight face. A few minutes later two other girls in her class reached the head of the line and were arguing over who was first. Since they were unable to settle it amicably (and I had no idea who was right) I sent them both to the back of the line. They soon worked their way back up to the desk and they started arguing again. I sent them back again. Third time was a charm!!! 'Tis the season!!!
